Information for Our Text Messaging  (SMS/MMS) Service: When you opt-in to receive text messages from us on our Contact Us page (the Empow Staffing Texting Program), we collect the following information:

• Your mobile phone number.
• Your explicit consent to receive text messages (including the date and time of consent).
• The content of the text messages sent and receive

How We Use Your Information

We use the information collected from our text messaging service solely to:

• Send you the informational, transactional, or promotional messages that you have explicitly opted-in to receive from Empow Staffing.
• Provide customer support and respond to your HELP requests.
• Manage your opt-out preferences (STOP requests).
• Maintain records and comply with federal and carrier regulations regarding text messaging (e.g., TCPA, 10DLC).

Sharing of Your Personal Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade the personal information collected, including your mobile phone number, to any third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

Non-Sharing Clause:

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories of sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any             third parties.

Exceptions: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist Empow Staffing in operating our Text Messaging Service (e.g., an SMS platform provider) or for legally required reasons. These service providers are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.
